Can I return a product?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we must receive the product within 14 days if you wish to claim a full refund.
Returning a product is free. We will provide you with a pre-paid returns label. Please follow these instructions if you would like to return a product(s):
There are a few important things to remember when returning a product you have purchased from Duvets Online Ltd.
You have 14 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.
Please make sure that the product(s) you are returning is re-packaged in it’s original condition and unused.
Email or telephone our team to request a pre-paid returns label to be sent to your email address.
Print the pre-paid returns label and attach to the box.
You can return your product(s) via your local post office.
Once we have received the product, we will give you a full refund for your order.
A) The product(s) must be in it’s original packaging and must be returned in it’s original condition without signs of being used in any way. There must be no damage to the product(s). If you receive a damaged product see point B).
B) If you’re product is damaged at the time of receiving, please get in touch with the customer service team via email as soon as possible and explain the damage to the product along with providing your name and order ID Number. We will then send a replacement once the product has been returned to Duvets Online Ltd.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us with your order ID number – you will find this in the purchase confirmation email you received when ordering your item.
